Q: Do I need to bring my own equipment?
A: Not unless you want to, we will provide wetsuits, rash vests and surfboards. We’ll even take photos of you so that you can have some great memories from your first surf trip on Fuerteventura. So just bring yourself, some swimmers and a towel.
We recommend leaving expensive belongings at your hotel or in a safe place.
Q: Do I need to travel to the beach to meet you?
A: No. We will pick you up from your accommodation if your within 20 minutes of Corralejo and drive you to the best surf spots on the island in ourTransporter.
Q: Do I need to be a strong swimmer?
A: You need to be able to swim for at least 50 metres in open water.
Q: Can we hire boards from you?
A: We only use our boards for surf school activities. We run practice sessions where you can be supervised and given advice for your improvement under supervision.
There are plenty of surf hire shops on the island for independent surfing.
Q: What if the surf is too big for me?
A: Don’t worry, we’ll make sure that you are at the right beach for your ability.
In Fuerteventura we are spoilt for choice.
Q: What if I have an accident in the water?
A: Your coach is an S.L.S.A. qualified lifeguard, don’t worry... you’re in safe hands.
