S.L.S.A. Qualified Lifeguards
British Surf Association Qualified Instructors
First of all we’ll pick you up at your accommodation or organise a pick up point at a location you’re
familiar with. Once everyone in the group is together we’ll sort out the equipment we will need for the day and head off to the suitable location for you and your group’s lesson.
On arrival and before we enter the water you
will be given a safety talk.
You progress
entirely at your own pace...if
you are a bit of a natural and pick it up quickly we will keep up
with you and push you further. If you’re not too confident in the
ocean and want to take your time, then we will move with you
at your pace so you can pick up the sport comfortably at your
leisure.
Safety is our first and main concern.
Soft boards will be used for beginners.
First aid kits and flotation aids
will always be close by.
Let the Lesson begin. Stretching, light exercise and theory...into the water..
Break for lunch...then back in for the second half of the lesson.
Return to your hotel or drop off destination.
Times depending

These timings may change when you are here to get
the best possible conditions for you on your lesson.
